Plan, Conduct and Review a Marriage Ceremony is the mandatory course within the Certificate IV in Marriage Celebrancy and is designed for beginners wanting to become authorised marriage celebrants with the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Marriage Celebrant Unit.

In Australia, celebrants are appointed by the Commonwealth Attorney Generals Department. Aspiring celebrant can familiarise themselves with their selection criteria and
requirements at www.ag.gov.au/celebrants or phone (02) 6250 6496 as successful completion of Plan, Conduct and Review a Marriage Ceremony does not guarantee appointment as a marriage celebrant.

Box Hill Institute uses professional celebrants working in the industry as their trainers.

Each participant receives a detailed folder developed by Box Hill Institute which includes all course material, relevant legislation and sample celebrant stationary.

All the training materials are developed by Box Hill Institute. The course cost is over $1000.
